Is this a good build for Blender?

Hey everyone, I’m planning to build a PC for Blender (mainly for modeling, Animation, VFX, and texturing in Substance Painter). My budget is around ₹1,20000 (~$1400), and I selected these parts:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
• GPU: RTX 4070 super (MSI or Zotac)
• Motherboard: MSI Pro B650-S WiFi
• RAM: Kingston Fury Beast RGB 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz DDR5 CL30

• Storage: WD Black SN770 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD

• Power Supply: Cooler Master MWE 750 - V2 Full Modular Gold 80 Plus

• Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow Black
• CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black

Would this be a good setup for my use case? Any suggestions or changes you’d recommend within this budget?

Thank you!

7600x Zen4 is 105w TDP CPU with 4.7Ghz base clock while 9600x Zen5 is 65w TDP CPU with 3.9Ghz base clock. I also thought that increase of price for 9600x was exorbitant in India only as all sellers in US/UK markets are selling 7600x as $20 increased price than 9600x but only in India 9600x is priced much higher like in 23.5k where as 7600x is 18k.

Go with 7600x @ 18k, Colorful RTX 4070 Super @ 56k, MSI B650M Gaming Plus Wifi @ 15k, G.Skill RipJaws S35 32GB(2x16GB) 6000Mhz CL30 @ 10k, Kingston KC3000 2TB SSD @13.5k, SuperFlower Leadex III 750w Gold @8k, Corsair 4000D ATX cabinet @6k, Arctic Freezer 36 120mm Air Cooler Black @3.5k & Total makes it to 130k

What about Monitor, KB+Mouse & Speakers? Did you already bought them or re-using older ones?

Thanks. I m reusing 8 year old peripherals. I will upgrade in future.

Just saw Kingston Fury Beast is giving BSODS in a reddit thread if EXPO is enabled and if EXPO is disabled it is running on 4800Mhz but the user is running 7700x processor here. So I suggest you go with G.Skill RipJaws S35 32GB(2x16GB) 6000Mhz CL30 kit @ 10k
I am presently in AM4 running 5600x since 2022 but previously 3600x using the same G.Skill SniperX 16GB(2x8GB) 3600Mhz kit with XMP enabled and its stable and no problems since I bought them in 2019 from primeabgb.

Is this issue limited to only Kingston? ADATA + G.Skill both have alternatives if this is the case. I'm saying this because I'm using 2x16 G.Skill Ripjawz S5 sticks at 5200 mhz, and until recently I was getting BSODs as well. None since turning off safe boot and running a system scan (or what ever the name is, I don't remember) through command prompt, but it should be noted.

ram: gskill flare x 6000mhz , cl30-38-38 have gone down in prices 9.5-10k in online (whats flare x? it gives a bit more assurance that yes this kit can clock to higher rated speed safely with amd cpus on 'list of mobo' they checked , they also publish the list of mobo on which they performed the tests)
cpu: 7600 vs 7600x they basically have no performance difference to the point many youtubers saying yeah.... there is not much point for 7600x to exist. yes they are that close. what more lower tdp and comes with cooler.
psu: in future if you want to change gpu that psu wont be enough or wont be a perfect choice
(its more of a reminder)

By the way, use blender open data if you want to see the performance of any CPU or GPU. 4070 comes in 12th-ish (out of 120 or something) so it'll work perfectly fine, I'm thinking of getting one myself.
