PC Peripherals Is this a good deal?

I have an offer for the following things:

1. HX620- 2.5 years warranty remaining :- 4.75k

2. HD555's- 4 years old and a single crack on one of the "armatures" (Aumkar's) :- 3.1k

Are either of these two good deals?

Please let me know.
