From what I have searched, IOMEGA RMA services is handle by Accel frontline servies.

About Toshiba Portable HDD : A friend of mine bought a 2TB Toshiba Portable HDD from USA last year. It got damaged after few months, he contacted Toshiba, they said: give it to Toshiba Laptop Service Center. He went there(@Cochin). They Said They don't do HDD service.

Moral of the story: Before buying a Toshiba HDD, Make sure that there is a HDD service center in your city. If its a laptop service center, make sure they do HDD service.
