You will never win the Lottery. Money will be refunded as points, which can be used for buying stuff in the same site. Many such sites are available, which will make you pay for what you want rather than giving you luck.

Never win is a bit too harsh, I would say your chances of winning the lottery are slim to none. There is a chance, how ever small it may be.
 
I personally doubt these contests and even if someone wins it is someone internally because no one is going to go and verify the winner and his credentials.
I am not saying this in reference to this lottery but my personal belief is that many are like that.
Still I am not dumb enough to put my money.

then why dont they publish contact details of one or two winners of past deals?
its sham.

the photos are all lifted and falsely listed.
their is no official online watchdog to take down these kinds of sites.
people waste money and I agree with @venkatusa

It is true many of them are shams, but that does not make it 100% are shams.

I would not like my details being published, so in the interest of privacy they may be withholding the contact details.

But an independent audited lottery would definitely lend credence to it.

What i would suggest is, get away from such sites and do not give 1% of belief to others that it might be true. Atlast they will have to regret.
Turn to MouthShut.com or other such review sites before buying online.

Check for the FaceBook page too.
