Buy locally in such cases. His price is not a deal. M1 8/256GB mac air has sold for under 70k on other big websites like amazon (right now 75k - I will say 8GB RAM is a bigger issue than 256GB storage).
 
& from gulf you get apple products at much cheaper price..
Right now im in qatar and did some apple shopping here. Price difference is 20-40%

M1 8/256 goes around 62k here at lulu hypermarkets

Those are Air, though.
Dont like the Air's wedge-like shape.
Prefer the Pro's uniform thickness, and it having a fan.

Point taken about only 8 GB though.

M1 pro just adds a fan over air, helps with slightly better sustained performance.

I personally don't like Macs because of the OS (Windows ain't a good OS either but I would rather use it over macOS). So your call.
