.........

Specs:
ASUS A8N-E
A64 3000+ Venice overclocked to 2.4 Ghz
XFX 6200 TC

Voltage readings at full load: (Everest)

CPU Core: 1.44 V
+3.3 V: 3.34 - 3.33 V (changes once in a minute)
+5 V: 5.00 - 4.97 V (changes to 4.97 once in a minute)
+12 V: 12.10 - 12.16 V (twice a minute)
+5 V Standby: 5.00 - 5.03 V (rarely)
VBAT Battery: 3.10 V
Voltage readings at idle conditions: (Everest)

CPU Core: 1.42 - 1.44 V
+3.3 V: 3.34 V
+5 V: 4.97 - 5.00 V (Mostly 4.97, changes to 5.00 3-5 times in a minute)
+12 V: 12.16 - 12.22 V (5-6 times in a minute)
+5 V Standby: 5.00 - 5.03 V (5-6 times in a minute)
VBAT Battery: 3.10 V

So, is this PSU sufficient for my overclocked rig.

What are your "Load" Conditions?

Id recommend, you run Prime95 in the backgroud, and RTHDRIBL in the Foreground, and then see. :).

These readings are at full load. (Prime 95)

Those specs are quite good provided they are genuine, and cosidering your configuration 450 watts is more than sufficient to power your system.

About the load conditions: those reading are good enough.
Nothing to worry about. RELAX

Thanks bhai log.

Won't be upgrading the PSU for now.
