PC Peripherals Is this Su-Kam commercial UPS good for PCs?

I have zeroed in on the Su-kam Fusion series of Commerical UPS (offline) for running 4 Pcs. Is this model good for running PCs without reboots?

Also the normal 650 APC UPS that we use for 15-20 mins backup, are they offline or online UPS?

Please give me some opinions as I need to purchase this urgently with chennai's horrid power cut policy.
 
i have not yet purchased this. This should be available with any su-kam dealers. but i am not sure whether this would work without any reboots.
