This ISP sux,need to call them every 2 weeks coz they start capping the speed then,
waitin on airtel to launch here
downtimes are often,customer support always wants to take you for a ride,dont go for it un less you dont have an option

Feedback :
+ Good overall speeds (around 28-30kbps).
+ No port blocking
+ No fine print.
+ Not exactly Triband plus but if the DSL ever goes down, one can use MTNL CLI based internet in emergency situations.
+ Quick response to complaints relating to line/wiring problems.
- Disgusting customer support.
- Billing problems can turn real ugly if one is not careful.
- Occassional password resets by the guys at Tel Exchange.
- Occassional slowdowns.
* Haven't tried online gaming much but SoF II and Halo demo were not exactly playable.

Feedback :it depends on locality......some ppl say they block torrent ports...but i never faced this probs......also downside is even if u upgrade or downgrade frm a plan they charge 551 buks.....i think 4 downgrade there shdnt b any charge....

In office I have a VSNL leased line 128 kbps and VSNL tata Indicom 256 kbps Unlimited @ 1600 p.m
VSNL "leased line" has to rock in all respects
VSNL broadband help desk sux ! Faced alot of downtimes earlier but currently using the new unlimited connection under observation.

Feedback : Awesome ISP. Never had a real problem. Except a crazy downtime of 2 days, while they were replacing the fibre optic line. Pings always stable.
Get 32kBps Download speed in the day. And every night, from 12 - 9 am, get 110+ kBps. Which is awesome.
