So you filed rti and they replied no one pays?
Damn. Wonder why only citizens have to follow rules and stuff whereas big companies and political parties do not.

yes there has been stay from TDSAT on this issue for payment of 8% AGR according to the RTI reply

The RTI says the order given by Department of Telecom to collect 8% tax has been squashed by TDSAT (as mentioned in other posts)
Presently no ISP is paying 8% tax to DOT in simple terms and they will be infact doing that when they migrate to Unified license.
