I am very much frustrated & I think it's impossible to track this guy.

I am not sure I will get my money back but I am happy to see how fellow TE Members are very helpful.
 
I am not having the whatsapp chat since I lost my mobile in an accident but I have transferred the money through online banking to his SBI account named ALFRED AHMED.

That just proves that you made a payment to him. You didn't create a thread before because you thought that it was hard to track him but now that someone has his money you suddenly decided to come forward, moreover you lack any evidence for your claim . Sorry mate not trying to say that you are lying but even you cant deny that all this seems fishy.

Hi Guys I bought Kingston Ram Rs.2000, PSU Rs.3000 & Shipping Rs.300. Total Rs.5300/-. First I send Rs.100 to ensure the amount to be credited to his account correctly & then the remaining amount Rs.5200/-

Okay you did buy something from imtiaz, but how do we know that the product you received was dead? For all we know you could be someone trying to take advantage of the situation here.

If I want to cheat I could say both RAM & PSU are dead or I did not receive the product and claim the Total money Rs.5300/-. If I need to prove that the PSU is dead any one can inspect from my place or I can send the PSU to any fellow TE Member.
 
Try to get the psu repaired. Take it to kaizen local service centre, request the technician to do on chargeable basis.

They might do it. Tell them you are willing to pay the charges

And in case they say no or you cant get it repaired there, send it to me, i am in Coimbatore..i have a guy who can repair it

My brother is in Coimbatore now I can ask him to contact you & get it repaired if it's not possible to get repaired from Kaizen.
