Issue with letsbuy purchase

10 days is nothing new for Aramex Kolkata.

Last time when I bought my pen drive from Letsbuy they(Aramex Kolkata) did not send my package even after 3 weeks.

Finally I went to their office and collect my package.

They(Aramex Kolkata) don't have any regret for that too.....

and there is only one offile of aramer in whole kolkata according to their website.

and why do letsbuy use such a courier service that don't deliver product on time. the more time they take to deliver, the more delay will be there for letsbuy to receive money for their cod items.

Nope, blue dart.According to blue dart tracking info they shipped the phone on 8th aug & i got it on 10th aug.
 
For the first time my phone got couriered through Aramex. They always used Blue Dart before dunno why they choose Aramex this time :(
 
Had ordered Audio Technica CK300 IEMs worth 3k, got them shipped by Bluedart. No issues with letsbuy. Had issues with Aramex in the past. Had brought cfls from primeabgb, they choose arashit (aramex) which i received after 2 weeks.
 
Strangely I never faced any problem with Aramex and letsbuy.I am from kolkata just like revolution and karizma.

and i called their customer care today itself. they told that they have shipped the tripod and memory card but not able to tell the courier details/docket number. they told me to wait for tomorrow to an email from them containing the details.
 
Holy mother of god!

yesterday evening at around 5pm i got my tripod and 16gb class 10 card. i have given them an ultimatum in written in both fb as well as in the email that if i don't get my problem solved within wednesday then i would definitely lodge an complain in consumer forum and probably an fir stating about their negligence, casual attitude and fraudulent activity. and guess what it did worked. this time they send it via dtdc blue instead of lousy aramex and the courier guy came to deliver it even in bad weather condition and light rainfall.:ohyeah: i didn't expect that this problem would solve so quickly. :D

FB is the best way to get your thing done at LB.

I had once posted an issue on their LB page and with in 3 hours got 2-3 calls from their executives to remove the post. :)

Theycare for their reputation,hence the fear ;)
