My point is that you should have done that with the first sale thread. This dispute would not have risen had you cared with being transparent in your sale thread.

No one commented about your illness. In fact I already mentioned in a previous post that illness is a personal matter and people should not be commenting about it. It was YOU who repeatedly brought it up here in the first place. It was your personal matter and has nothing to do with TE or the sale and you should not have brought it up. Though not immediately life threatening, I have my own share of life long health issues due to a heart defect from birth for which I was operated upon when I was 6 years old and it left me with poor disease resistance and chronic problems. But I consider it my personal matter and has nothing to do with my obligations at work or to people anywhere else. Everyone have their own problems big and small and as you said, don't compare.

If you are ready to put up a sale thread on TE, you should be ready to see your obligations regarding that to the end by whatever means. If you can't do it yourself, call your friends, parents to do it for you. Be considerate to the other party as well. Do you know how painful it is to loose hard earned money and feel cheated by a person you trusted?

Everyone including myself sympathize with your condition, but you will only degrade yourself if you are going to repeatedly present it as an excuse or call people immature because they interpreted your seemingly suspicious behavior the way it looked to them. In fact, if you had really chosen to, instead of promptly taunting seshu via PM on the day this thread was created, you could have just posted your clarification in this thread on the same day.

These sort of things will happen from time to time so what matters then is the recourse either party has.

If anything this thread is indicative of how issues can be sorted out amicably in a community sort of fashion. It feels like we are in some sort of village and others have offered to mediate and help out.

17 pages already over a 2 week long issue, this place is in great shape :)
 
In a good way of course, you have two parties that are quarelling, the whole village gets to sit down and hear the case and then expresses its opinion and creates the space for a solution.
 
Refund Payment done successfully to Mr. Seshu account. I still have to receive my return packet. Once I receive it, I will confirm here. Mr. Seshu please confirm if you have received the money.

this thread had kind attention from some of the great thinkers on this site . their views

are very valuable for me. I'm not sure if TE administration staff considers implementation

of certain suggestions which were discussed in this thread . I will keep a note of them

for my own use if I start a market section on my regional web site.

I cannot individually thank all friends who have shown interest in resolving this dispute

I am grateful to all friends starting from vercetti , the first supporter and m-jeri , the

first defender - to uziel , the final defender . I am thankful to Ankush & Mayank and

another friend, who tried to personally convince Mr uziel to take back the product.

I am grateful to Lord Nemesis , Renegade , TECH HUNTER for their logical discussions

and kind support. A big thank you to akg7091 , asingh , shantanugoel , Desecrator ,

shravank30 ... and many others for your helpful support.

There have been 250 valuable posts for the return of 2300Rs and nothing for the mental harassment, sessu gone through. Uziel should have closed this thread in first 10 posts with a refund. Although he returned the money, but still a warning to other buyers.
 
Finally, everything seems to have sorted out. In a good way! :)

I think mods can have a final say whether Uziel's ID and details should remain in the blacklisted members' list.

Again same thing repeated. I told that all this would have not occured asmI was ill and cld not check posts and u all kept posting so not my fault.

@Mayank..... I never minded that as you were in a mood to be strict with me.
@Seshu: .... The packet is received in good condition.

Everyone else: Thanks or your time and efforts. Lets make TE forum a further better place where trust and maturity wins.

The mods can close the thread now.
