Hi, I have been having issues with my internet for a while now, I have a 200 mbit connection which works well for a few sites(Youtube, Google, Steam for example) but is very sluggish for most others.
Steam will max out my connection when downloading games but Playstation downloads will start at max speed and dip massively to counter this I am required to pause and resume downloads frequently.
Torrenting is another issue, peers won't connect when using the internet and downloads will be slow. The speed picks up when using Mobile data through hotspot.
All of this however goes away when using the free ProtonVPN, so I thought all VPNs will behave the same way and got Mulvad for its reputation. Mulvad however, didn't help with the issue at all anything that is slow without VPN is slow with the VPN too.
Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem?
I have set my router to use Cloudflare's DNS.
