Hi,

I did email the info@ address from the website prior to filling out the order form just to ask a couple of questions. Then on ordering, I asked if they could send me the bank details. Not had any response yet. I understand they are likely to be busy but I am surprised at the lack of response...

Like toxic says mail him. I've never had to wait for more than a few hours for him to reply. He'll send you a PayPal payment request/invoice.

wait for his reply, im sure he must be busy or maybe cuz of the weekend, hes only one man handling everything from customer service to making the actual ciems, i had a query and he did reply back rather quickly. so i suggest u let this weekend pass. if not send another email.
