The climate is very cold! I dunno after so many weeks/years I am using cold cream

You call it cold..!! huh

Well, I went for a bike drag today at 5AM and it was hell freezing..

Fingers frozen even after gloves, jaw jammed.. Could feel blood flow in legs after I came down from bike.

Was Hell like of experience atleast to me.. Is it how ppl feel on their Ladakh ride??

BTW it was 6 degree around
 
i just returned from a trip of mumbai and goa, and dude, you're calling that weather COLD!!

come to delhi or any other northern region up India's map and you'll know what f**kin winter is..

Ya, Delhi is bad. Takes forever to put on the layers of clothes in the morning. Hate it.
 
^^ and what about the "taking up forever to get up from the bed" thing coz it's f***in cold right outta bedroom..

Its true we Mumbaites feel pretty cold here. I have been to punjab twice in Nov and dec. I kno its pretty chilly out der, but for us in Mumbai even 20Deg is cold enuf. In winters the weather here becomes very pleasant normally - to which north Indians mostly refer to as "Gulabi Thandd"(meaning cool nd pleasant). But this year its been pretty chilly. I was out today morning @ 3am and though I wud not rate it very cold(thanks to my northy Genes) I wud say its cold for ppl especially who are used to bathing wid hot water. But nuthing to complain, we Mumbaites are enjoying this cool spell !

Surat and whole of Gujarat is reeling in extreme cold wave.

Mumbai is hot considering these temperatures

Yesterday Surat had lowest temp of 9.3, and Today I am heading in to the region of 3.5 celcius temperature for a conference, within gujarat ofcourse. BTW Dantiwara in Gujarat has temperature of -1.0 yesterday.
 
It is cold for Mumbai folks who are born and brought up here. It's not the coldest the city has ever been though. In 2009 (IIRC), we had temperatures dipping to ~8-9 degrees!
 
Problem with mumbaities is we just buy basic sweater or just some fancy sweatshirt for cold.As its hardly used for 2 month or maximum 3 months.Also the temperature hardly goes below 15 degres.

But these days its like wearing a full sleeves on top of that a sweater on top of that sweatshirt and still it looks uncontrollable.If we think to get some more accessories we feel we will look a fool as its a habit in mumbai once you get an item say umbrella the rain stops and when you forget it rains as if there is no tomorrow.

Agree north india hill station are the worst hit.But problem is we are not used to it at all .Last night my friend was having ice cream in such cold and i was shivering just on seeing him.
 
2 days ago it was the coldest in mumbai and the worst part of the day is when you had great hot bath and you know that it's time to open the bathroom door
