JAPANESE FILM FESTIVAL ONLINE 2024 | JFF+

The Japanese Film Festival Online 2024 - the third edition of the event and the largest one ever - will be held for a month by the Japan Foundation. It will feature 23 films and two TV dramas series with subtitles in avaiilable up to 16 languages, available in up to 27 countries/regions - for free.

Are they showcasing movies/shows that were shot exclusively for this festival? Is there anything standout in these compared to what Japanese content that people around the world consume?

Also everything shows up as unavailable at this point. I don't see the 1st Aug - 31st Oct date anywhere on the website. What am I doing wrong?

I only watch anime or read manga (translated into eng). I sort of find it hard to watch these 3d movies. (only otaku will get the meaning of 3d)
