hi guys finally i have decided what i want to put in my tata indigo marina -ALL JBL STUFF WITH MY CURRENT DECK PIONEER 5750MP3 DECK

1. jbl 5.25 inch components model no is GTO508 AT RS 4500(FRONT DASHBOARD)
2. BETWEEN ALL THE 4 DOORS GT5-205 FOR RS 2000 EACH
3. REAR SPEAKER 6 X 9 MODEL NO GTO938 FOR RS 3750
4 BASSTUBE 12INCH MODEL NO CS-1205T AT RS 5600
5. AMPLIFIER 4 CHANNEL MODEL NO GT5-A604 FOR RS 7200

THE BEST PART IS THAT ALL IS IN JBL INDIA WARRANTY AND THE PRICES MY DEALER HAS QUOTED ME ARE LESS THEN THE MRP AND VERY NICE.

WANTED TECHENCLAVE GYS OPINION ON THE ENTIRE SYSTEM, PRICE IS IT GOOD OR BAD AND IF BAD WHERE CAN I GET THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE,
HELP GUYS HELP

hey guys please help i need ur suggestions about the stuff. also i have got a dealer list for the entire jbl system he sells,please have a look and let me know the prices are good or not.

um, the tweeters will go on the dash, the woofers will go on the front doors ( component speakers come as pairs , one woofer and tweeter each.

why do you need GT5's on all 4 doors ? the woofers of the GTO508 will be fitted in the front doors, and I suggest that you not install any in the rear doors , more importantly, do the indigo rear doors have provisions to install speakers? they didnt the last time i checked. and dont buy the GT5 series, the GTO series are better

since you are getting a sub, there really is no need for ovals in the back. just get GTO 537/538 coax's in the stock location - no cutting shutting etc

bass tubes suck. get a boxed sub

the price for the amp seems to be a bit on the higher side
 
hey check out the list know what my dealer gave ,if u find it high tell me i will tell him that i am getting it at lower price please rework it .also see the other prices if u find anything wrong let me know
 
except for the amp, prices are okay. I'm not sure about the pricing of JBL amps, you might find better deals for , say kenwood amps in grey
 
I think the dealer is giving you a good price cause here in my area its bit costly than your quotation. Where do you live in Mumbai?

They are slightly expensive compared these JBL ones but then the difference between the 2 is also quite a lot.

Also, with that budget, i would consider this,

Illusion Audio Electra EL6.1 for fronts - ~7k
Ground Zero GZTW 12MK² 12" Sub + Enclosure - ~ 7k
JBL GTO1004E Amp - ~11.5k

Exceeds your bidget slightly but will sound much better :)
 
heh, makes sense now. I was wondering why you said that. JBL speakers (IMO) dont have much besides the brand.

but then again, compared to the likes of sony xplods and fake pioneers, they are better :P
 
green horn- thanks for telling me the prices of the amp ,
my dealer has given me a list which he told now this is the bedt price he can give me and u will have to buy it now .
i feel the prices are gr8 but still u techenclave guys know best.
i am very much from mumbai bandra only

if you insist on buying things with bill and warranty, these prices are good

you should be able to get the amp cheaper for grey market rates
 
hey guys i am in talks with my dealer for a group order sale. will finalise and keep u updated,just doing to get a good deal for me and techenclave guys .will update u all in 2-3 days time. meanwhile i wanted to see how many of u guys are interested then i can also talk in numbers . cheers.
please note i am not doing this for profit .
