Nice find, I think Delta make great power supplies but sometimes screw up in small places like loose screws, loose pcbs and stuff that could be caught in QC which is mentioned in quite a few reviews. Even my signature came with the pwm function on the fan not working but otherwise ok
 
So if a company is using Delta as its oem for a particular product line. Everything gets assembled in this place and box packed ? Like in the last picture where i can see the Antec Earthwatt getting ready for shipping. Won't Antec do their own quality check ?

Don't seem like it. I suppose Antec in this case has outsourced the design, production and QC to Delta. Maybe wrong though.
 
So far along i was always under the impression only the internal components are sourced out and assembled in the respective company. I remember reading it somewhere long back. Maybe only few products are outsourced to keep the cost down.
 
^ Doubt it, when they are willing to give you a complete product why waste effort and money with your own factory unit. Take a look at the HCG 520 I got recently, other than the stickers there is no difference from the s12 it is based on
