Jio feedback button wont work if you select bad ratings

Was getting almost zero network speed on 5g and very slow speed on 4g from past week and they sent me an sms as always asking for feedback on their network. So I selected the middle face first and it won't submit. Tried refreshing the page on 5G/4G and it still wont submit. Tried all faces one by one from left to right and it still won't submit. On the smiley face, it only gives high praise for their rubbish network.
So yeah, even their feedback page is rubbish. Don't bother with leaving feedback for this company.

It's chrome on android. No adblockers available for chrome mobile. No VPN, no FF installed on phone or any other browser.

It's some sort of customized link so maybe it's generated area wise or something. The links expire after a week or something like that too. No use sharing the link here.
 
Jio is such a pathetic ISP too.. their DPI implementation is so intrusive.. you get geniune sites like github blocked, you connect to vpn and speed got sliced in 1/3, while VPN has very nice throughput on other network..
