Hi,
One of my friend's sister has completed MBA in the US. She has been finding it difficult to get a job post her MBA and was wondering if there are any middlemen kinda companies like we have in India which by some arrangement with the HR division can get you a job in a company at a cost or a percentage of your salary.
She has completed her MBA in finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is looking for a job/internship in New York.
More importantly she is looking for someone or some company that would be willing to give her a job so that she can convert her student visa to work visa. Right now she has job offers,but all of those companies are demanding that she has a work VISA beforehand and are not ready to provide her any sort of proof which can help her get the work VISA.
So actually she needs a job where someone is ready to hire her on her student VISA and provide her with a contract that can help her get her work VISA.
