It was definitely aired between 82-85.

I was still in the cradle, and once I got to old enough to remember crap, one of the earliest memories I have is of my older brothers ribbing me about missing this supposedly awesome TV series.

Nah...it was probably re-run after 87 sometime...i was born in 85 and its not possible for me to remember anything from that year:rofl:

Anyways, 87-89 seems more probable.

hmm.

It was definitely before 87. Because i too remember seeing it on the black and white tv. They again aired it afterwords from what i remember. Because i am darn sure my sister didnt exsist when i used to watch this serial and she was born in 1987. And i remember that serial started again on DD after a break.

I remember Giant robot as my 3rd memory of telivision after Tom & jerry and micky mouse.

Hell i remember my first movie that i watched at the age of 6-7 and it was Shahenshah of amitabh. And the memory of this serial is 1000000% way before that.

No shit, that was my first movie in a theatre hall as well. Sad movie.

Force Five was the first anime, I used to love a lot. But, it came in year 1992 when cable television was introduced in India. It used to come on Star TV, which was an exclusive english channel. I used to watch force five along with crystal maze. Also, Giant Robot used to come in serial format called "Fun Time". similar to "Toonami" which is casted on cartoon network nowadays. Fun time used to come at 2 times in a day, 1 at 12.30 PM and second rerun at 6.30 PM. Giant Robot used to Air from 1985 till 1991.

Along with Star TV, I started seeing my first english series which was called "The Bold and the Beautiful". Within six month, WWF and Baywatch were also introduced. Cartoon Network debuted in year 1994, but at that time it was aired only during day time and at night, MGM Movies channel was aired in place. Scooby Doo, Jetson and Flintstones used to air like krazee.

I searched a lot on force five, but never found anything. Those, who are unknown to force five, it was a series of small robots which used to combine and become a mega robot. It had a total of five diff robots and hene the name force five.

Television had only quality serials till 1999, after which there is also a share of crap stuff.

Attention Street Hawk fans!

All the episodes have become available online for the 1st and only season recently. I'm sure you know where to look. All I can say is I got mine :ohyeah:

Just confirmed with my bro.

The serial first started in 1984 according to him and he is much more older than me and has more clear memory of that time than me :P

We used to mock robot's before flight hand sequence in KG class.

Left right middle up :P

BTW anyone remember Humlog???
