Just Cause was one of my favorite sandbox action games. It had one of the best graphics for sandbox games and the game play was ridiculously fun. I am eagerly awaiting the sequel and even pre-ordered the game with praashant.

A lot of game play footage can be found here. The game looks stunning.

There is also a demo, but I heard its time limited.

The demo was tremendously fun. If you have enjoyed the first game, then this is 10 times better than it. Both, in terms of gameplay and graphics. The performance isn't very hard hitting either. The only downside is for people having Windows XP will be unable to play this title, unless they shift to Windows Vista or 7. Can't wait for the full version to come out.

I just thought the controls were too awkward even with KB + mouse and controller.

Hope to see the game more polished than this.

I had found the KB+Mouse controls in the first game too hot to handle. :ashamed:

I guess, it'll be a lot more fun when played with controller.

The demo is awesome. The controls are not soo much different. Its the combination of camera angles handled by mouse and combined with controls on KB that causes disorientation for people starting off. but you will get used to it very soon.

ITs standard " WASDEF, Alt, ctrl, shift " type controls. But yeah, even while driving, camera is not fixed like FPS or even TPS. You can have entire 360° view any given time. Still its uber fun. Loving the grappler. :D

That is my problem.:(

I'm a lefty and need to remap every single control in all games, as I hold the mouse in my left hand. :S

You can easily map "IJKL right ctrl, right shift and right alt." Its doable.

Just read about the game. I love sandbox type games. The last one I played must have been The Saboteur and loved it. :D

Looking forward for this title once I'm done with AVP and Metro 2033. :P

Just completed one of the agency mission. The game is freakin' huge and there is so much stuff to destroy in it. Creating chaos to unlock missions is sometimes really boring, but with the grappling system it's easier to traverse.

Started playing the game this morning. My initial impressions are FUN! The graphics are top-notch, so is the gameplay. The game is kinda hard on my 4890 though. I'll just turn vsync off then it should get back to normal. To everyone who likes sandbox games and blowing stuff up, give this one a spin.

The demo was great too. I expected the game kicking off on an island or desert but to my surprise it was a snowy area. Very Un-Just Cause. :p

Yup, the game is seriously huge wid loads of stuff to do....Even m creating a lot of chaos in the game right now....360 version rocks

Anybody tried it on 360. How are the gfx on the 360. I might get it if the controls feel all right.

Edit: Ahhh... There it is. Thanks for the info :)

IS the game better with KB + Mouse ? or the X360 controller on the PC.

My game is yet to come. So want to know before hand!

Aiming would definitely be better with a mouse but overall game play would be better with a controller. Its nothing more but a graphically better version of a GTAIV.

Correction !! Its a graphically better version of the first Just Cause. There is no comparison with GTA4. GTA 4 does not even match the graphics of first Just cause and game play wise, Just Cause trumps GTA 4 in terms of pacing and insane fun. :P

Okey Sir... Agreed but i guess the game is certainly inspired from GTA IV and i guess Just Cause itself wasn't a big success or was it Mercenaries 1 & 2. Maybe i am getting confused between the two. But the whole point is they are all inspired by the GTA series itself.
