hi guys i need help in getting my friends pc assembled

he already has a 18.5 inch monitor and also a keyboard and mouse

his uses are graphic designing ,gamming.(not games like crysis but games like halo)

his budget is only 25k and cannot exeed that

he is looking for ::--

320gb HDD
1 supermulti dvd rewriter
2 or 3 gb ram
1 graphics card to support the 18.5 monitor
a good cpu and mobo
a good cabby

seems to be a really good config to me
but r u sure the corsair 400w will be enough for the 250 gtx??
where is this PALIT gtx 250 avalible in lammington road for this price??
DO U SUGGEST any other brand than palit?????

Yes , CX400 will be enough .. you can buy vx450 .. not much difference .

Good build.
If available, you can consider going for HD 4770 , will free up some cash to put in something else, both equally good choices.
Also, get the ES2L as opposed to the normal S2L mobo.
Aside from that, buy with confidence! :)

The E stands for their energy saver series of motherboards.
While the energy saving utility really does work and i definately recommend you give it a shot, more interesting is that the ES2L has more solid caps., and a better ferrite core choke design for the CPU VRM.
 
GTS250 is an Overkill for 18.5 Inch monitor...4770 itself is more more than enough to play at highest possible settings....1k can be saved and also lower power consumption....
