The first few parts have started coming in for a new Rig.

Stock? I think thats in 8xxx something...

Manual All core OC nearing 4.8 All cores, temps 82'c

PBO I find pointless for a couple of 100Mhz on single cores...rather just OC one die close to PBO limits

Yea agreed with you on the PBO part. I was able to increase my 3600XT's score from 3300-3500 stock (and with PBO) to 4050 with per ccx overclocking at 4.4275Ghz and 4.275Ghz. I was only at 1.3V but was touching 99C by the end of R20 runs due to my cheap, tiny cooler haha.

I can push the memory and the NB more but I have not yet done that yet.
I was looking for the limits of the chip in PBO, since last night and suddenly this came long.

This is with Manual OC and PBO
Manual OC clocks are 4800 CCd1 and 4600CCD1 + PBO (2 cores are running +ve offset, rest all various -ve numbers)

Well, you edited in your clocks after I commented my question but okay. Just seeng min max clocks isn't helpful tho, could you post a graph of your clockspeed while running CBR20? Also see if it's stable in P95. If it is, then you likely have a top 5% or so 5900X!
 
I dont know why PBO affects my All-Core scores and stability though, when the clocks remain the same?
Something I can not figure out. Even though I am 100% not Thermal Throttling anytime.
And using ASUS Dynamic OC switcher at 45A
