K750i/W700i/W800i > Which one to Buy?

Don't think Gray market pieces are sealed, ever. If you wanna pick up gray market stuff, either go to your regular dealer/vendor or hit up Alfa. Atleast with 20+ years of sales reputation under his belt, you know the risk of getting "crap" is alot less as opposed to any other vendor/dealer.

I think org= Organisation
and og=Original (Branded)

By org you mean to say OG (Original), make me correct if I am wrong.:S

The k750i is too old a phone to consider. USB1.1 and no walkman media player means that the primary selling point is the camera with a lens cover. It's not the best camera with 3.2MP phones available today. A proprietary jack means that if your phones get busted, you cannot get an immediate replacement and you will have to depend on the manufacturer. Also, you have no choice in headphones.

Same comments for the w800i except for the walkman player. The phone does not look worth the money and that is the fundamental problem. I have seen it.

The w700i looks really good. I have seen it. The champagne gold is not exactly gold but it gives a splendid colour to the phone. Internal memory should not matter and should not be a point of discussion if you have an expandable memory option. What does 20/40 mb memory matter when you can get a 1GB card?(Unless there is some other advantage that I don't know of.) Autofocus should have been there but you can still photograph without the autofocus. Sometimes, autofocus focuses on the wrong area of the frame. No autofocus just means that you have to be a little careful while photographing. USB2.0, Walkman player and 3.5 mm jack make it a portable audio player. You can use more comfortable headphones. Sell the 256mb or keep it as a backup. The only point of debate between the w700i and the w810i is the auto focus(I don't think you'll care about macro mode etc.)

The w810i looks good with it's all black body. It looks cool v/s the sophisticated look of the w700i. It comes with everything. It had quad band, EDGE support also v/s the w800i(only if you even care about this). Now you have to decide whether the extra 3 or 4K difference is worth the autofocus. For some, it may be but you must remember that you will be crossing the 15K mark with this phone which is quite a lot considering how fast it's value will decline in the coming months.

I leave it up to you to decide between the two. Oh, about flashing and getting the w800i software to work on a w750i, it may be possible but I for one will not be satisifed by these workarounds. After all, when one is paying so much, you want to feel that you have the right product.
Are you willing to take a chance for 1K without bill, it's for you to decide. Imagine your phone not working two hours from you having purchased it. Will you feel comfortable or will you feel like someone is choking you :) then? You have to take into account all the possibilities of life :).
