IIRC, you have up to 30 days since the first activation for the other two licenses to be activated. Only after that, the validity starts decreasing. So, if you had activated the first key on Jan 1st this year, and you activate the rest two keys within the 30th of this month, they will still have an entire 1 year validity.

whatever version u buy U need to install the latest version which is avl on their site for now which is 2014 version or else u cant install the license key.
