Ketamine to cope with depression

Hey guys, i watch on youtube that ketamine which is an anesthetic can be great for depression and anxiety.
Are there any ketamine tablets or nazal spray available in market? all i see is injection form and injection itself gives me anxiety
or anyone know where can i get that ketamine treatment/therapy in delhi ?

Just my two cents but I would suggest against self diagnosing using youtube videos or trying to solicit suggestions from people who aren't qualified to handle this.

Reach out to a psychologist/mental health practitioner in your city.
References would be best but I found this list (last updated 2021, not sure how reliable) searching online.
