Hi.

I'm using a microsoft basic keyboard for the past 2 years now.. The thing is that the keys have become somewhat hard and hinders with the typing. I want to go in for a good keyboard. I somehow find my self typing faster, with less typos on a laptop. Are there any good keyboards which mimic a laptop keyboard? (shallow independent buttons) I don't want to spend a fortune on a keyboard.
Thanks.

give ur budget...

how much are you expecting to spend on it,plz mention that then perhaps the other members would be able to help you out better!

Its only 495 @ Croma. Its way better than your average keyboard, has MM keys and is shallow keys. I was in a recently dilemma regarding keyboard and this was the best overall keyboard even though it came with a mouse.

The only close competitor it had was Logitech Slim keyboard but the quality difference was negligible and it didn't have MM keys.

I would recommend Logitech MK200 combo. If you just want the keyboard then go for k200. Using this one only and seems pretty good + 3 yrs warranty (although you won't need it)

I'm looking for kb on the cheaper end.. I don't want gamin keys.. nor the ones which are lit up.. doesn't serve any purpose for me :( I don't look at the kb while typing anyway. Some thing in the same category as the Phillips? Budget could stretch to 1k-ish. I don't need a mouse. Just a wired kb will do :)

The Logitech k200 keyboard which I recommended costs 500 bucks only. The keys are very good. But still if you want the best one, then TVS Gold (mechanical keyyboard) which costs 1300 bucks. Just go to any shop and take a look at k200. Keyboard K200 for Business

Whatever you do , dont get Logitech K800. Estimated time of battery change 8- 10 days

need an advice for a kb. looking for the one which is soft so the pressure can't be felt. i dont use much on multimedia ones so should i go for k100 or k200 or any other one.
Also three year warranty mean what does it cover. well my current one i have to press hard and also keys are out of shape.... will these type be covered under warranty?
