Kimsufi 2G Seedbox sharing query

Ok i thought so....Download kills upload......download only one torrent at a time......first stop all other torrent and run only one ....you will see the speed will hit the roof if the leechers can take from you fast.....if that doesnt work stop that torrent and find a fresh torrent with many leechers....you will be amazed by the results.On a gbit i will have max 3 active torrents ....only one will be downloading at any time....i know of people on dedi 100mbit who run 100 torrents at a time and complain that their box sucks .

Just wondering, is it normal for the box to take a lot of time to connect to peers, coz when I try seeding only one torrent to TL or BTN it doesn't connect to peers.

I am new to this seedbox game as well so i cant comment on other providers..if you ask about Xirvik then i can give an opinion....but what i can say is that the plan's speed is very low even for a shared box.....if what i think is right they are saying expect a max speed of 2MB/s ? am not sure.... but i wont touch that plan....too many people on one server......i pay twice that much with a puny 75 gig HDD on it.....yes its expensive.....but here is what i have done for the last 3 days and i wasnt even trying things with auto download and stuff...the box only does stuff that i manually add which is slow but anyway here is a SS :

Is this a deal or not i dont know ....its for you to decide....but keep in mind Xirvik has a reputation of being costly....i will wait for somu to report back and if he says postive things i will jump on the same plan ....thats what i would do .

More importantly what trackers you planning on using the box?....should have asked that one first actually....that is a crucial info that other seedbox users will find useful when giving you any advise...so please shed some light on that also .

TL good tracker but hard to seed even with a box.....try IPT loads of peers all the time like a public tracker and BTN? why are you using it on a ratioless tracker :S...pointless to have a buffer on that tracker anyway....if you are testing the box then i would suggest SCC or filelist for that....i am not on SCC so use filelist to test ma box every now and then.If you are on IPT then jump on those XX freeleech packs as soon as they appear and see the magic .

If you have a decent HDD then get the 24 8 season pack . That torrent will fetch you a lot of upload . It is big but it does not have many seeders and peers are always high. These FL packs are the way to go if you have good space .

TL is not that hard to seed I was able to seed very easy there though it takes some patience.I had used a 1GBps seedbox on SCC and i must say it will rape the seedbox was able to download at 95MB and upload at 90MB , since most users on SCC on 10GBps seedbox one thing to note if on SCC is you must jump on Archive packs within 1 minute they come or else those monster seedbox would be done with the download i saw one user was able to download a torrent [125GB] within 1.5 minute.

download small portion of those bigass freeleech torrents as soon as they available and do partial seed . those will fetch you high sustained ul speed . specially those pr0n ones.

if your aim is to create buffer only you and not going to dl those small tv episodes to your pc hdd i would recommend don't dl them.

Yea, I figured I was doing things wrong. Currently I have 13 torrents active & yes they are all fresh torrents (like latest TV episodes). But I don't know, I am not getting good speeds.

Max I am getting is like 3 MB on IPT, but even that is not constant. What do I do ?

try to change your open port range to something between 50000- 60000.

are you willing to spend 500 on box every month or just for one month ?

first case this is best what you can get in that budget , for later case i would recommend you to increase budget and go for ultraseed/seed.st 1Gbit plan since your dl/month are on higher side.

didn't you subscribe for 10MBps plan @ $3 for a week?

But are unmetered available in that price range . Minimum is 1000 each member of unmetered . I know about the our 7/8 TE members runnung seedbox for 750 odd .

Even if i take it i dont want to spend too much . 500 is sweet spot for

myself running a seedbox with 700gb bandwidth (on a vps) ..single use
