Kindle Basic (7th Gen), Wi-Fi, No Ads – ₹1,600
Possibly the last Kindle with a no-nonsense, distraction-free interface.
Hasn’t seen much use, stored without protection – has scratches, fully functional with the power button still clicky, charging port in good shape.
Battery holds charge well: idles at ~2%, last charged on June 20.

Transcend SSD370 256GB SATA – ₹600
Hitachi 512GB 2.5" HDD – ₹600
WD Green 1TB 3.5" HDD – ₹1,200

Nothing remarkable about the drives; will share health stats shortly.

Holding on to the Kindle for a day or two. Will respond to SSD messages once I have the drive health stats.

Just for info : I don’t have any ads on my 10th gen kindle either. I think ads are for a cheaper version of kindle for US markets only.
Thanks. Just asking out of curiosity, is there a way to hide the amazon recommendations on it, or better yet, stop the nagging entirely?

Yes there's a whole community around jailbreaking kindle's.

There's are many helpful videos also. Just seach for kindle jailbreaking.

If I remember correctly, some features which amazon limited to higher end kindle models can be unlocked. But I don't remember which, since it has been a few years since I looked into this. DYOR
