Hi Guys,
I had ordered a raspberry Pi Computer on a Chip Board from Kitsnspares. I paid through Netbanking and right after that i received an e-reciept in the next screen confirming payment(i had the good sense to take a screenshot), but to my surprise i did not receive any acknowledgment in my email. I shot them a mail the next day for which i did not get a reply. After waiting for 2 weeks i shot them another mail and today i received a reply saying "your order failed because the card transaction was not successful, please check with your bank".
I have replied with the screenshot of the receipt and Netbanking Transaction reference number confirming the payment. I also pointed out that i payed through net-banking not card.
This incident has led me to believe that Kitsnspares are not genuine. Anybody here have had experience shopping with them ?
And guys next time you make a payment take a screenshot of the receipt you get after the payment successful screen. If the vendor fails to send you a receipt by email, he can easily deny that you ever payed for the product ! ! !

Update:
Found an email in my spam folder from CCAvenue payment Gateway confirming my netbanking payment !. Found 2 more mails from kitsnspares saying my order is under process !! All 3 mails were sent on the day i placed my order. The funny thing is when i search in the site using the tracking order i found in the email it says no such order was found !
I am starting to get really suspicious
