A: 20k

2. Preferred Form Factor(flip, bar, slider)?
A: Bar

3. Preferred display type?
A: TFT/AMOLED/Anything which offers a decent viewing experience

4. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Samsung, Sony, LG. None of the cheap brands.

5. Preferred input method (Touchscreen, QWERTY, etc.)?
A: Touchscreen

6. Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.
A: Decent shots, for Facebook, etc. Flash would be a good idea.

7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Android

8. Preferred connectivity options? (3G, Wifi, Edge etc).
A: 3G/Wifi/The usual

9. What is your intended use for this phone(internet, camera, multimedia, mails, etc)?
A: Telephony, Internet, Music and Gaming(Temple Run 2, Agent Dash, etc.)

10. Any other requirements?
A: Should last through the day with average use. Decent build quality.

11. If you have already considered a phone then please mention the model.
A: Samsung Galaxy Grand, is almost in the budget, but, there are too many articles about it.

My choice would be hTC One S (International Version) if you are okay with getting it from US, nothing like it under 20k right now.

Else S Advance is ok but ignore galaxy grand as it is not that good with display due to it's poor resolution.

This is actually for someone looking for a device with warranty. Otherwise and Xperia SL from ebay would be no brainer.

@Nalin are you talking about buying from ebay.com?

@Spacescreamer : Is it still a good idea to go for the Galaxy Advance considering it's a year old?

Yup final cost will exceed 20k :p

Just wait for homeshop18 deals to come again and you can grab a deal on some good phones like L9,4X HD,S Advance,Xperia P etc.
