Laptops Lag while playing game

Hi guys my friend bought DELL INSPIRON M5030 from USA.after few days i installed COD modern warfare game , while playing the game there is a lag, it freezes some times. the graphic card is RAEDON 4250. is there anything that can i do for smooth playing of game. Regarding graphic card info and settings i am noob. please help me guys

It would be better if you tell the whole config of your laptop. Only then we will be able to hep you with this.

The only thing to do would be to turn few of the settings down make sure you put corpses to low, Turn of Anti-Aliasing

320gb HDD, 3gb ram, AMD ATHLON 2. GRAPHIC CARD 4250 DONT know about ram, i think it is 512mb
