Lan Gaming Question

Is this the best switch for Lag free Gaming:

Dlink DSS-16+ 16-Port 10/100 Desktop Switch

D-Link DSS-16+ 16-Port 10/100 Desktop Switch

Will the network experience any type of lag with 12 computers [ gaming ] connected to it?

Why would there be lag? Only when someone is copying stuff and you are gaming on lan then you might experience lag.

Its the first time I hear that lag on lan gaming.

Actually just wanted some information on this Switch.. Is it good for LAN gaming?
We sometimes do experience Lag at some Gaming Cafes.
