Laptops Laptop Battery Solution

Guys,
I have a Compaq M2002AL laptop which currently has battery time of just 25 minutes max.

The cost of a new replacement battery is too high.
And I just bumped into this youtube video.
Has anyone tried this??

If not mistaken battery made by sony had fault, there were incident of laptop burst into flame.

So all battery made during certain time range or serial was recalled by (DELL,SONY,Toshiba.. many more which I dont know). it was in scale of millions.

I think if a good, high-quality, branded Li-Ion battery cells are used, there wouldn't be any risk of fire.

How good are then 4 cell Batteries for Backup??

Yeah, the newer batteries come with 9 cells,these days.

But then, we can't rebuild a 6-cell battery to a 9-cell battery. I guess.
