Laptops Laptop for HTPC application

I need a laptop with the following specs:

Intel Core i3/i5/i7.
Radeon 5XXX series.
At least 4 gb ram
HDMI out.

Which all laptops available in India support this config?
Which one should i go for? A.S.S. is important. HP is ruled out due to pathetic products and services over last 2 years.
