My current HP laptop have those. Switchable between HD5650 and Core i3 first Gen IGP.
 
Making final call this week

Asus U32U out of stock on Flipkart, however i found one here and this

With updated and same use (except HP ProBook 4430) help people.

Also I have option to get any laptop from US if needed up t0 US$450-500. My aunt coming this month and she have agreed to bring one if i asked.
 
There are no new options available, at least not at your budget. Better look if there is any option from US. I can't suggest you any due to limitation of my connection.
