Laptop from Dubai - urgent help needed

Guy to day my dad going to dubai i need laptop please suggest me good config laptop on board high graphics with best cpu and with good out put audio with brand and model number bugget under 40k

asus K42ja Vox32...... 42k..... this laptop has pretty good graphics card at that price........ but u have to install your own windows........
 
HP dv6-3141se @ 37k in dubai: core i5-460m, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB HDD @ 7200RPM, ATI mobility radeon 5650, 15.6" LED backlit display 1366x768@60Hz. Have you already bought a laptop?
 
AFAIK ..Buying a Dell in Dubai wont make much of a difference in terms of pricing, price is more or less same or very less diff in middle east, Dell laptops can be bought cheaper in USA/UK/AUS , anywhere else ? you'd be better off buying locally, as the price difference is too low to take the headache of ownership transfer

other Manufacturers yes there could be a significant difference
