Yeah, there is an Acer for abt 63k (might be less by now) with a 9700 radeon mobility.
This (and all laptop gfx cards) is quite different from the desktop equivalent.

Acer Ferrari for 99.99K.... AMD 64@2.0GHZ, 1 GB RAM, ATI mobility X700 128mb dedicated memory, 100 GB HDD@5.4K RPM

He wanted a cheap one ;)

Laptop graphics cards are different from the desktop parts. The model names / performance would be similar. Eg: there is an X800 on the desktop and an X800 for laptops as well.

However the laptop graphics card architecture differs a bit, since laptop parts have to generate less heat and be battery efficient. The way they connect to the laptop motherboards is different as well, they do not use any standard PCI-Ex/AGP slots as on the desktop. (nVidia's MXM / ATi's AXIOM is a step in the right direction for standardising mobile graphics card interfaces)

Most laptop manufacturers use proprietary interfaces for the graphics cards, so upgradability generally is limited or not possible at all. For example if a particular series of laptops offers a choice of X600 and X300 cards on its laptops, you could get your laptop shipped with an X300 card and later upgrade it to an X600 (but sourcing the X600 part designed for your series of laptops would be very very difficult). Thermal issues have to be considered as well. In general, do not expect the level of upgradeability you see on desktops :)

thks 4 reply guys.............btw its not above mine.........this is 4 frnd........i dont think amd will suit his demand...he is mor of show off guy....

the answer of points which i need is....does buying frm grey market means the system will cost ard 10-20k less?????
my answer(i think ) is some sort of adjustment is done.........by not giving freeware lik tuner card and xternal keyboard and all which the other guy got....so my answer is buying frm showroom is right than getting it frm grey market.......

and is there any solution which provide centrino with 17" within 60k..........dell provides a solution but its ard 80k.........
also i guess acer travelmate provides similar solution but display is 14' i guess.........

The acer I told u is 63 k or so and is a celeron wit DVD writer I think, but no external TV tuner or external kbd. Why wud u want em anyway?
