Laptop in budget 35-45k for a girl

Hi Guys,

My close friend needs to buy a laptop in the 35-45k budget range.

Please find below her basic requirements:

What's your Budget?

35-45k

What will be your primary usage?

Web Surfing/office stuff(programming)/casual gaming/movies.

What size and weight considerations do you have?

Currently she has a 14" laptop at home(hp g42 notebook pc). Would like something similar, not too heavy(this is for a girl). So looking for a light 14"-15".

Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest?

Nothing as such, but prefer the big brands and please suggest brand that gives better service all over india (she will be traveling).

Any other considerations?

Battery Life should be good. Matte screen preferred. At least 500 GB HDD. She asks for something better than Win 7 Home Basic, at least premium or professional should come bundled. :D

points to a dell. You'll get a dell tech at your doorstep. Get an inspiron that fits her budget with 3 yeat complete cover :)
 
I have shortlisted the Dell Inspiron 15R. It fits within budget too.. Please suggest if there is a better option
