Budget?

Budget depends on laptop model and condition...preferring windows 7 laptop mainly for office work(word,excel,pp,net surfing etc)..Location-Punjab..Might pick up from delhi/ncr..
 
i have a 3 yr old dell inspiron c2d t 6500 ,15.4" , 1gb , 320gb. in proper working condition ,but battery is gone, doesnt last more than 15-20 mins , rest all good , asking price 10k , it came with vista, but i switched to XP

its condition is actually very good , except for the battery, i wud rate it 8/10
