i need to buy a laptop for not more than 2000 singapore dollars...so i want to know which companies offer international warranty and also suggest one...
 
I think Asus offers the international warranty.. Check this..

Last time, I checked with Vijay Sales, Mumbai about this thing, and the answer was affirmative. Also check MSI netbook, there is limited Global warranty or something like that..
 
Almost everyone offers optional international warranty. For some brands and models it comes as standard and for some you have to pay little extra to get international warranty.
 
okk..thanx...BTW should i buy laptop from singapore or malaysia...? where will i get it cheaper? also plz mention the specific place where will i get it... and has alienware 15x released there?
 
I haven't been to Mustafa in Singapore for long.. I hope they still have the good quality laptops.. So I'd say Singapore.. :D
 
try looking a the local newspapers... classified and ads..

why is newspapers such a dead commodity nowadays...

Mustfa mall , little india has a reputation of housing shady items at

some more shady prices... why not ... that a start... or atleast

a place to score some good food...
 
alright.. i got toshiba portege from simlim mall at singapore.
got 3 yrs of international warranty for that.

@ SauravR: yes, little india is a great place for indian food, especially for a pure veggie like me.

anyways, thanks a lot guyz..
