Laptop suggestion

Hie guys
sis coming from USA and so decided to buy a nice laptop.
Budget is around 700$-800$

Kindly suggest me the best laptop with nice config.
Not brand specific. Going to use it for watching HD movies, surfing, oracle DB, linux.
Prefer quad core and 3-4 gb RAM. Also if i get good GPU with dedicated ram then it will be wonderful :D

Any Suggestions guys !!!

acer v/s dell. no comparison man.

Its like Nokia v/s Micromax .

Go for Dell

You cannot compare Acer build quality and ASS with Dell.

U'll surely get a better config at same or lower price with Acer but I wouldn't recommend an Acer over a Dell.
 
I will also choose Dell XPS 15. Current Acer 57xx line skimps on many essestials to keep the price low. Build too is strictly Oksih. The screen bezel is a little thin IMO and there is a bit of flex under the DVD drive. My laptop has mono speakers and IINM most of the 57xx seris has the same.

XPS15 got good JBL speakers (best among laptops according to various reviews), HD webcam, 2 USB 3.0 ports, 7200 RPM HDD, Nvidia Optimus tech. Only con is may be this lineup is slightly bulky. But reviews suggest they are excellent VFM.

Only Dell has intl warranty. Levono Ideapads are good and in that range u can consider the HP DV series.
