They're not too bad. I've been using one for bedside media consumption since 5 years now. Picked it up for 129$ on black friday.

Asus VivoBook or Acer Aspire series are both decent. There are too many models in both Aspire & VivoBook, go to amazon and filter by budget. You would get the SSD option in both. Go for a lower proccy and SSD combo.

Is this Asus Flip C214 worth getting ? My question Is Intel 4020 dual core model feel lag during web browsing... Only 4 GB Ram..

Also possible to use external display type c adopter / dongle ?

4GB RAM would be the limiting factor. Proccy is not an issue. Browsers eat RAM.

Nothing beats chromebook for that budget. If possible get the 14 inch one for good balance between size and portability
