Hey guys, I need a laptop under 70k max
My main usage will be video encoding, gaming, movies nd Image processing using matlab, so I need something that's got a good gfx nd processor options..
 
You should have a look at the Dell studio xps 16, it comes with intel i7-740qm+4gb 1333 Mhz ram+ Ati 5730 1gb+Full HD screen and this model comes with one year complete cover by default :eek:hyeah: its priced at 70k but you can try and get some discount through dell EPP.Here is the product link:

The M15x with i7-720qm+nvidia GTX 260M+4gb ram+500gb HDD+Full HD screen costs around 98-99k.
 
The Dell Studio XPS 16 seems to be the best bet under the given budget in India. I am in the same hunt as you. I want a powerful workhorse for 3Ds Max, Photoshop, AutoCAD and occasional gaming. The one year complete cover is an amazing deal. In fact cost to config the same config costs more or less the same in the US. I wish Dell gave a 5-8% discount on this model I would be done with my purchase by now.
