Laptop with Win XP Sp2 compatability

Hi friends,

I need to buy a laptop for office type of work, like Microsoft Office (word, excel), etc., and it should be compatible with Windows XP Sp2.

Also, needs an ethernet port on it.

Budget : Rs. 15,000 to 30,000

Would prefer a bigger screen 15.6 would be best.

Do not want to spend too much as laptops have less life span than a normal desktop, they are like use and throw thing and their maintenance needs service center hands .

I have never used a laptop and do not know normal problems that comes with laptops.

There are too many brand of companies of laptop, do not know which one to go with.

I have 1 week to buy.

Please pour in your expert advises.

Any laptop should be able to run Win XP SP2 provided you are able to get compatible drivers.

I just checked on MSI website, they do have drivers for Win XP 32. So yes there shouldn't be any issues with running XP SP2 on it.

I mentioned in my earlier post that it will be able to run XP SP2. You can check the CR420 support page on MSI site.
 
Can anybody give me feedback on keyboard of this laptop, i do whole day typing and is in habit of typing on TVS Gold keyboard which has tactile mechanical switches.

One more thing, this laptop has 14" screen, and I want bigger screen like 15.6". Rest everything looks great on this laptop.
