Guys still having issues with purchase of Family edition, last reply from lastpass support was 46 hours ago.
If the issue persists for few more days, will credit back the amounts to your respective accounts.
(will wait 5 days more).
Received 161 from @anu0512 as well.

Hello Guys,
Just an update received following email from LastPass with instructions to do needful.
Same email was received first time when I contacted support.
Will try tomorrow, first attempt failed. Working in multiple shifts.

If anyone else from our group of 6 people can try to register/purchase, I will transfer funds to respective account.
I am a lastpass customer since a decade, If not wrong, there is some issue in Account Settings which the new company is least bothering about..
Even there forums is changed.. forum.lastpass.com does not exists and now redirected to new weird forums.

If they dont support paying customers, ignore about customers who pay for services !!!!

I made purchased on 17-4-21 after you asked in the thread and 18-4-21 in PM I asked for everyone names and email so i can add the members even i told you can transfer the money later because your mother was sick. You only send me the screenshot of payment which other members had transferred to you even that I acknowledge in the thread.

So i spend ₹2900 for purchasing new account plus I transfer to you ₹ 445+161 for new account purchase which you’re unable to do it many times due the failure of Lastpass, however mine gone through in one shot.

However you’re the one who keep missing the communication and not able understand a single thing.

And its very unprofessional to saying that I’m having fun after I made purchase and my money goes on toss because of your lack of understanding and still I didn’t say a single word even not asked you to refund the money instantly. You only thinking about your part and not try to find a solution or way to resolve the issue.

Are you going to pay ₹2416 for 5 members which I have spend and you didn’t bother to read your post.

I request mod to check thread and message? And decide whose fault is this and who will pay either I will pay difference or he will pay for my nee account and refund my previous transfer.

If I have understood this situation correctly, you guys now have 2 licenses and not enough people sharing it. How about scouting more people, adding them in respective slots and settling money accounts amicably ?

May be start with @Vinee if he is still interested and you guys add him in a slot.
