Yesterday only I suddenly was listening to one of her songs: Luka chuppi ( from Rang de basanti). Such a beautiful song

She was one of a kind
But the best part is she never compromised, not even when she wasn't that big a star and once she gained the heights, even then she never compromised or exploited others.
She never let others exploit her talent as well.

Apart from being the absolute queen of vocals she was a solid personality.

She wasn't singing mainstream since many years but her departure really hurts.

RIP in peace the ultimate nightingale, seems Mahindra was right in saying heavens are gonna enjoy the melodious nightingale now.
