my friend had problems with his XFX gtx 280 so i dont recommend that
bfg can be overclocked to 710 mhz
i read in some reviews that BFG is better than ZOTAC but am not sure abt EVGA
and 4870 is costly in india and has a fan speed preety low when idle

GTX 295 : Depends upon warranty terms : 28k - 26k (if local warranty) else 24k - 20k

probably a person can offer a good price after making sure that the card is working. So if someone in your city then Rs 8K for EVGA GTX260. (Replacement card)
