I have booked a flat in Bangalore and I wanted to verify the legal documents the builder provided by a professional lawyer.
Could somebody provide any info about any law-firm/lawyer who does such jobs?
And how much do they charge?
dont know about the lawyer on b'lore but
you can check the "EC" of the document whether it is forged or something thru online or the registrar office.
charges for legal opinion comes to 2k-15k depends upon the lawyers.

and as for professional lawyers check here & here ( a friend of mine passed on this info, idk how much they charge)
